I called Rusty Williams and talked to him about the wing root platenuts and he said it would be easier to install now instead of later. Looked at DWG #38 and started drilling. I just use the platenut and put a screw through it line it up and drill it. Saves a lot of time and works great. Also I installed the rivet in all the ribs in the top hole where the tank will go. Did not do anything outboard of that and you will see why in a few.
