Well I finally figured out how to get the paint to stay. I am now doing 1 side at a time and letting it sit for 24 hours and then shooting the other side. This AFS paint really runs if you don't watch it. I had much better results doing 1 side at a time. I set the pressure at 45 at the end of the gun and that will probably come out at about 20 PSI. I sprayed a fine mist first followed by a heavy coat. I painted the HS, 2 elevators, trim tab and the rudder bottom. I will spray the VS and the Rudder as soon as I get more EP 420 primer. It took about 1/2 gallon for the empannage.
