Brief Description:  canopy frame

I want to powder coat all the interior components that will need it "YELLOW"... so I figured I would install the canopy frame so I could get a handle on what will require the new color.built the canopy slide,, lots of counter sinking,, not hard just time consuming. this took almost 3 hours by itself. fit the canopy slide to the fuse, used my laser to find a center line, drilled the holes to accept the # 6 screws and screwed it down. This will be powder coated yellow.cut the canopy rails on the band saw, and fit the rails on the fuse. Temp install with tape, fit the frame to the canopy slide, installed the slide bushing and temp install of the "pin" block... put together the canopy frame "wheels" and put everything on the fuse,,, everything lines up. I will need to bend the canopy frame at the tail to get 3/4 clearance from the slide rail.
