Brief Description: drilling, prepping and installing nutplates
Oh my god!!... too many nutplates, very boring work, but necessary. I intially thought about doing all of the floors with nutplates. I've reconsidered. After reviewing some info on the VAF, it would seem its 50/50 out there as to what is preferred. I will be pop riveting the rear floors in. Lighter, less complex, less work. Also, after I've learned to properly drill out pop rivets, there really is no time difference in drilling out soft pops vs unscrewing the floors, when I need to inspect.
