Reviewed Orndorff's video on the empennage. The rear spar is easily dimpled before installing the reinforcements. Took apart the clecoed pieces, then, fitted HS skins to rear spar, drilled then dimpled the rear spar (left side) (right to follow) reclecoed the left rear spar to the left reenforcements.
