Today I worked on the rear anchor blocks. I measured, measured and remeasured. I put one of the blocks on the drill press and long story short I got one of the positives and negatives mixed up. Wrong angle drilled. Sent off to Vans for replacement.
I then worked on the canopy handle. I had to shorten the steel bushing that goes through the canopy frame. This is because there is a 1/8" gap between the plexiglass and the steel frame. I then started to sand down the handle prior to getting it anodized. I will finish the sanding tomorrow.
