Working on the canopy today. I installed the canopy slide blocks today. I put a 1/16" shim between it and the longeron. This will allow me to remove it after I finish the fairings on the back side of the canopy. This will snug down the fairings if necessary. I also shaped the canopy slide block. It still catches on the rear aluminum slide where I installed the Supertracks. I will be removing these two parts to have them anodized. I currently have them primed but I spoke with several people and the paint will not hold up to the abrasion. I am going to have them anodized black.
