I disassembled the right wheel to be able to clean out the clay used for form the fairing. I have found that it is very difficult to gain proper access to the bolts to disassemble the brakes, wheel, etc. I am trying to determine if this change of design is right for me. Having good access to be able to perform maintenance in the future is important to me. I want to be able to sleep a couple of days on this prior to proceeding
While I am contimplating this I started to work on the upper fairing. I applied tape to the wing and fairing and started to apply the clay. The fairing was not proceeding to my liking and that is when I determined that I ran the brake line on the inside of the gear leg and they should have been on the outside. Rip it out and redo.
