Brief Description:  Right wheel pant

I finished sanding the wheel pant to get it as smooth as possible. It will need more work later. I placed a 1" spacer on top of the wheel and spent a good amount of time laying out a system to align this loose wheel pant so that I could locate and drill the holes. I have spared you all of the other methods that I looked at prior to this decision.

I transfered a parallel line from the center of the fuselage under the wheel pant. I then fixed two vertical boards to the wing sawhorses that I had. I placed on the front and back side of the wheel pant. I drew a vertical line on each and marked a crude ruler on each. I moved the wheel pant around until it was level and parallel with the aircraft. I put a small aluminum tab at the trailing edge and marked the board with a black line. This was my fixed point in space while I removed the front half. That will be tomorrow.
