Brief Description:  Sanded profile of right gear leg

I worked on laying out the profile on the right gear leg and then sanding it down. I did not take enough photos. I will try to do better on the left leg. I did the trailing edge first by running a line at the bottom of the gear leg back to the rear of the plane parallel with the center line of the fuselage. I then ran one from the top of the gear leg back. I marked these two locations on the back side of the foam block and then drew a line between them. This line marked the trailing edge. I sanded to this edge. I then laid two straight edges along the side of the foam profile that extended from the gear leg to the trailing edge. It started at the trailing edge and went forward and extended past the leading eged of the front foam. There was one on each side. On the front side I measured the distance between them and marke the center on the foam leading edge. I recreated this picture to explain it a little better.I did this at the top and the bottom and connected the lines down the leading edge of the foam. I then sanded the profile, and applied some epoxy thickened with microballons to fill gaps. Once this is cured I will install the carbon fiber wrap. I will try to take a better picture diary on the left leg.
