I am installing my ADAHRS right behind F-607. I know that is further back than most installations but I am building a slider and I have heard of some people comment how the slider interferes with the bootup of the Dynon unit with the canopy open. They say that they have to close the canopy and start the system up so that the ADAHRS will not be influenced by the steel in the canopy. I know that this will make maintaining this more difficult but I am willing to be able to have the canopy fully open until takeoff. This is south Texas and it will be most welcome to keep the canopy open.
