Brief Description: Installed the horizontal stabilizer
I was working to level the plane out in preparation to drilling the rear spar bolts on the wing but I needed to install the empennage to be able to get my centerline down the fuselage. I want to be sure that I am able to reference the center of the vertical stabilizer.
