I had fellow aircraft enthusiast come by and pointed out that my heater cable was resting on my rudder assembly. You can already see that it has worn the paint down to the primer. It is funny about the things that you miss.
Made a bracket, painted it, let it cure and installed. Kind of a tight space. Could not get the second pop rivet to set due to the angle. Installed a screw and nut.
