I installed the Aveo PosiStrobe XP in the trailing edge of the rudder. I made a dual nutplate to facilitate the installation of the fixture. I plan to install the bottom fiberglass piece of rudder with screws so that it will be removable. The connection for the strobe will be concealed in this fairing.
My only problem is that the 6-32 screws that I have are too short. Add to the Aircraft Spruce order.
