Brief Description: Revised flap position sensor brackets
I did not like the angle that my flap position sensor pushrod made between the sensor and the bracket on the flap arm. I removed the old sensor mount bracket and modified the angle so that it did not have angle that imposed a lateral force on the sensor. Minor thing but I have the time to make it right.
I remade the lower bracket after reading a section of the Aero Electric Connection. It states that the Ray Allen position sensor should be using the middle 80% of the travel. I made a bracket that would allow adjustment for a smaller moment arms and I can adjust once the wings were back on. I figured it was easier to do this now than later. I have put a note on my punch list to check once the wings go back on at the airport.
