Brief Description:  Installed intake and exhaust tubes

Today, I started working on the intake tubes. The paint needed to be retouched where the fuel injection nozzles were welded on by EFII. While the paint was drying, the exhaust system was taken out. The directions were pretty straight forward with the exception of where to install two clamps that had a welded pin. Although I could not find reference to them in the instruction sheets, I could guess where they would be installed. An email was sent to Vetterman inquiring about their intended use.

After the intakes were dry enough, I bolted them to the engine and tightened the hose clamps. I could not torque the cylinder heads at this time because I needed a 7/16" swivel socket. After a quick search on the internet, I placed an order. The exhaust system was slipped together and bolted to the engine with the gaskets in place utilizing a 1/2" swivel socket that I had previously purchased for this application.
