I received the replacement fairing material from Van's and it took me awhile but I finished the left wing root fairing. I am going to leave the fairings off for now. My plan is to attach the rubber trim to the fairing with gorrila tape on the underside. I am not going to glue them on at this time. I will have to remove the trim when I paint the plane and the trim that I have is quite old. When I paint the plane I will buy new trim and glue it permanently. My son is in town so I have someone to take a picture with me in it. Now onto the gear leg fairings
