I have opted to use molex connectors on all of my connections that I have to manufacture. I have labeled each end of the wire with labeled heat shrink tubing. I then crimped molex connectors with a proper crimping tool, affixed abrasion resistant sleeving where the wire will be exposed and point to point checked each wire. I have made drawings on my computer that match the labeling on the wires. This is my best attempt to eliminate wiring errors when I power up the plane.
Now I have to do the right one. Hopefully will go a little faster now that I have completed one. This is time consuming.
