I removed the flap and am sealing in the end between the flap and the aileron. I did this one like the wing tip. I glued in a piece of foam, chamfered the edges, filled with microballon saturated epoxy. I then sanded it flush and layed one layer of fiberglass. I will let it harden and sand the edges flush.
