This was a tedious day. Fabricated and polished the reflective aluminum plates to be placed in the wing tips behind the Nav lights. Shot a coat of clear and it seems to be cloudy. I will polish tomorrow.
Cut the holes in the plates and wing tips to accept the Nav lights. Primered one of the wing tips and it showed the flaws in my work. Filled them with micro ballons and epoxy. Picture does not show the other piece of aluminum but they are fabricated.
