Brief Description:  A short week

With Thanksgiving being on Thursday this year (surprise!) we only worked one day this week. We got a lot done! The back window is drilled, therudder pedal assembly is well along, and the fuel system is making its way form where the tank will one day be, on toward the frontl.

We had a new mentor, the brother of one of our regulars. He fit right in since he is an A&P and Avionics trainer for Jet Blue. It is nice to have someone, if only for a day, that already understands the way to go from drawings to finished parts. He worked with the fuel system group. After we had finished for the evening, he spoke about the many opportunities in the mechanical and electronic side of aviation maintenance. I think the students got a lot from it.
