Brief Description:  Back in action

Seven students present. Things got back to moving forward. The stabilator was disassembled and nutplates that had bee missed put in. No damage to any parts with the drilling out of the rivets and everything went together with no problems. Double-checking each step was reinforced as a necessary procedure. We got five cans of 7220 primer so we shouldn't run out for a while. The tail tie-down bracket is the only thing remaining before the rear bulkhead can be assembled. Sorry, camera battery was low, so no pictures. Next week, visit by one local newspaper and EAA Chapter 1328 (our local chapter) to hold a meeting there Thursday. Several students pledge to join 1328, and several have joined the National organization!

Speaking of national organizations, Eagle's Nest is about to become Eagle's Nest Aviation, a not-for-profit organization. Things are looking good for this going national!
