Solved my problem with HS-707. I was able to loosen most of the skin and slide my arm inside HS-404. Not a recommended method. But it is solved and moving on. Then I ran into trying to install a pop rivet into HS-708. I could not get it to go in flush or to come back out. Time to call it a night.
