Started to install the left skin on the horizontal stab. I missed the part about "then rivet" in coleco then rivet HS-707 to the top side. I installed the forward spar and riveted it to the forward rib HS-707 and rear rid HS-708. I also riveted the side of the forward spar to the end rib HS--706 before I discovered I had a problem. I reread the instructions several time and could not find my mistake. It was time to call it a night.
