Brief Description: Horizontal stab tip fabrication
Lots of time/fussing to get these fabricated and attached. Intend to balance each elevator individually and then again as a pair before rivetting these on. Added a nutplate to the inside of the counterbalance should painting/final assembly bring about the need to add more weight.
