Began work on the left wing flaperons. Using the existing pilot holes would have resulted in a significant twist to the inboard flaperon. The flaperons must be clamped to a level surface throughout the entire building process. Slight misplacement of the pilot holes (or more likely, the slightly misaligned trailing edge bend line) can be corrected when drilling out the pilot holds to final size while the flaperon is clamped to a flat surface. The inboard flaperon was completed and is twist free.
