Brief Description:  Fuselage work continues

Continued drilling out forward fuselage holes to final size. While drilling out holes under the baggage compartment, I took time to resolve a problem I had with the flaperon actuator that I experienced when I initially installed it. The first problem I had was that the full travel of the actuator (full retracted to full extended) exceeded the safety stops where the tabs on the flaperon control tube are designed to hit the top two bolt heads on the bearings mounted on the fuselage sides. The second problem was that the actuator shaft did not line up with the flaperon attach point (the actuator was approximately 12mm further outboard then it should be). I solved the two problems by removing approximately 8mm from the aft side of the two safety tabs on the flaperon control tube and by removing 12mm of material from the inboard side to the actuator attach bracket that mounts to the lower skin. I still need to weld a 12mm extension to the outboard side of the bracket so that it can get riveted to the longeron as designed.
