Measured and marked with tape the locations for the four ply BID layups that tie the F22 bulkhead to the fuselage sides. I removed peel ply and gave the area a quick sanding with 80 grit, vacuumed, and acetone wiped the area. Mixed up 30 grams per side and used the plastic sheet pre-preg method to layup the tapes. I used peel ply on all edges to smooth the trasitions. This took about an hour per side.
