Cut two new spar spacers on the table saw. Correct dimensions this timeT
Cut new LWX and LWY wood (luckily I had some more on hand) for both sides. Fit the parts and then bonded them just like last time! That took about 2.75 hours. After that cured up I cut the new foam pieces and bonded those in.
