Brief Description: RH Fuselage Side - Top Longeron Layups
Used my router to put a 3/16" radius on the top longeron to ease layups. Applied the 3 UNI plys over the longeron section with the tapered doubler, One ply of BID runs the full longeron length. This was done with two pieces of cloth with a overlap seam in the middle. I peel plyed after complete. I used one piece of peel ply to go from the inner skin up the vertical of the longeron and then a separate peice to go over the inside vertical surface. This can been seen in photo two, note the red tracer thread orientation.
