Brief Description: RH Fuselage Side Aft Reinforcement Foam
Trimmed the foam to fit between the lower longeron and LWX and LWY wood. I used divinicell scrap for this. I had premarked the foam based on the LH side and it fit perfect once sanded down to the lines made against the LH piece! That pleased me as I must be doing repeatable work! I did this the same as the LH side. Sealed the foam with micro, added a flox radius between the wood and the inner skin, pre coated the skin with pure epoxy. Then bonded the foam in with micro and weighted it down.
WARNING - The dimensions on the spar spacer are wrong! Should be 6.5 x 8.5, the one in the picture is WRONG. I had to redo this area, do to this error.
