Brief Description: Cut foam for fuselage sides - glued up blanks
I cut some H45 foam to 23 inch widths and trued up the edges to glue up to make 23 inch by more than 103 inch lengths. I bonded the foam pieces together by slurrying the edges and then trowling on some wet micro on the joint per plans. I used bricks to hold the panels flat to my table and hold pressure on the glued up joint. This worked well.
