Prepped seatback layups for the backside BID layups. I used a razor knife to cut the foam for flox corners. I prepped the exposed fiberglass edges with a perma-grit wheel on my dremel. Worked great. Cleaned up, cut cloth. Painted pure epoxy into the flox corner cutouts followed with the flox. Micro slurried the foam and applied layups and peel plyed edges. The rear seat back is two ply the forward seat back is one ply.
