Brief Description: Cut out all the foam for fuselage bulkheads
Used table saw to cut out seatback bulkheads from the 3/4 inch H45 foam. Sanded in the first taper for the pilot seatback using a knife and sanding block with guides. Used templates to trace instrument panel and F22 and F28 bulkheads. I used a washer against the templates to give me a slightly larger trace. I will do the layups and then use the templates with a pattern bit on the router to do the final trim to size.
