7. Install Brackets and Fittings-chicken blocks
Rear pressure bulkhead chicken blocks, mark pressure bulkhead with jig installed once bulkhead is out measure 117" from forward line. This is the center line for the chicken blocks. Set chicken block (CB) - chicken block on the edge of core, mark the center hole, then I measure 3" on center. 20 CB per half fuselage
Spar Box - from top flange hold CB at top. Place anotehr just below and mark the center. This is one row of CB. For aft CB mark 3/4" from flange for centers.
For top CBs measure distance (of cener) (39) and deivide by 3 to get the number of CB
Firewall - From joggle measuer 2.3" aft for center of CB. From center of fuselage 6" on center for both sides
100 grams of 9394 hysol for metal to carbon bonding
Holes are drilled with #16 bit and counter sunk to be flush
