unpack prop, remove strapping and cardboard position prop horizontal on stand (big garbage can) wrap strap around base of prop lift with hoist until facing plane, keeping lower prop blade clear of floor shorten post (beta lever bracket) on base to avoid hitting prop align bolt flange with posts on engine mounting plate insert until snug hand tighten 12 bolts with slotted washers torque, in marked sequence, to 40', then 80', then 105 in circular pattern
