Aileron trim tab - sandd to match radius of trim tab hinge to a smooth finish Left Flap dry fit - assisted setting trailing edge of inboard section of wing to match center of trailing edge of flap. drilled 1/2" (2) holes to install (2) clinkos Rudder - dry fit leading edge of the rudder. Installed so 3" was from leading edge to the joggle. Held leading edge of rudder in place with 25 clinkos, 4 per side and one on the bottom cap Aileron trim tab - matched drilled holes for trim tab hinge using a #20 bit. As the holes were drilledd i installed 32 counter sunk screws along with #10 nut plate. Rivets in nut plate are 6/64" brass dash 4 rivet . Rivets need to be a@ 9/64" when attached, measured with a caliper Rivets that compressed and did not stay aligned. I drilled rivet with a #40 bit, then re-riveted Cut & sanded high density foam to fill in trailing edge of aileron trim tab, sanded inside of trim tab.
