Trimmed the right wing tip to fit, and drilled holes for mounting the tip to the wing. This wing tip looks like it is going to fit much easier than the left wingtip. While looking at the left tip to mark the holes in the right one I noticed the indention that was filled with hysol weeks ago was now indented again. I'm guessing that the hysol shrunk and caused the problem. I will try superfil and see if that fixes the problem. Really frustrating since I thought this was resolved.
