Did a little more sanding and applied Hysol to the areas as needed on the wingtip. The reinforcement behind the reshaped areas worked well. Countersunk the end rib for the rivets that hold the cap strips on. Removed the capstrips, deburred, alodined, and applied the primer coat. I also applied a primer coat to the plates that are behind the wing tank site guages.
