Made a cover out of .025 2024 Al sheet, then I used the RV rudder cable covers I bought from aircraft spruce as seen in the pictures. I also made a mold using Hysol on a block of wood and carving an indention in the second block. I will try to press the two pieces together with an al sheet in between to see if I can form the covers in one piece.
