Covered the other side of the horizontal stabilizer on the bottom and applied the glue around the edges for the top cover to be applied to. A couple more things that seem to work are pictured below. Before gluing I figured out how much fabric would be required on the trailing edge in order for the fabric to wrap around the tube at least 270 deg. I then made sure everything was prepared with this measurement in mind in order to not have to retrim the material again as it was wrapped around the trailing edge tube. The second thing is that when you attach the fabric to the tubes you get it glued past where it would be a straight line to the next part or accross the ribs as seen in the second photo. You can use the heat gun and run it along the edge that is uneven and heat the glue while the fabric shrinks in the imediate area and the fabric will conform to the best shape naturally as seen in the third photo. At this time I do not shrink all of the fabric only in the area just around where it needs to be straightened. Also for reference I used a infared temperature scanner to set the small iron to 250 deg. when applying the fabric/glue with the heat gun I dont go over 350 deg. and never get the heat gun close enough to heat the glue that hot. These are the temps that worked for me but others may find different temps work better for them.
