Continued sanding on the horizontal stabilizer to make all the transitions smooth. Applied primer to any areas where I sanded the powder coating off. Cut out four pieces of Oratex to cover both sides top and bottom and also cut out another piece for one side of a wing since I had the fabric unrolled. Applied glue to the four pieces.
