Filed the edges of the flaperon end rib to fit inside the flaperon, drilled and deburred the rivet holes. Made the foam core for the flaperon tip. Cleaned and applied a light coat of primer inside the flaperon at both ends. Once the primer is dry I will install the end rib on the inboard side of the flaperon and the foam on the outside edge of the flaperon. Marked the rivet holes for the counter balance weights that attach to the flaperon.
