Put one coat of varnish on all the ribs. Got a second coat on about half of them. Flushed the fuel tank as directed using acetone first, then acetone/gas mixture. Again I used non ethanol gas just to be on the safe side. Checked the fuel tanks for leaks by taping all the openings and using lung power to pressurize the tank then used soapy water to spray all the seams etc. Installed all of the tank fittings. Trimmed end rib as required to clear the fuel line and fuel fitting. Sanded the tank as needed to fit onto wing then used silicone to glue the tank into the wing. Started trimming the back plate for the fuel sight guage.
