Sanded and applied more Hysol around the doors. Started trimming the pilot side window, filed the door frame smooth at the welds so the windows would fit flush, and repainted the filed areas. Also drilled the pilot holes in the door frames. For me the door frames have been the most tedious and time consuming part, but after applying Hysol,and sanding multiple times it is finally coming together.
