Brief Description: Flap and aileron Installation RIGHT Wing
Cut out slots for wing spars in fuselage. Installed wings and marked upper skins for trimming. Made measurements for flaps and wing root alignment. Etablished position of the flaps and ailerons. Established position of all the hinges on the wing. Bonded and rivited hinges in place on flap. Installed ribs and clevis in flap and bonded and rivited flap to clevis and ribs. Installed flap hinges on rear spar. Installed hinges, clevis and end ribs on aileron. Frabricated and installed counter weight on aileron. Installed hinges on rear spar for ailerons. Sanded ribs to match template ribs. Sealed surface of foam ribs for control surfaces.
