Fabricated upper cowling attack angle. Fitted and trimmed upper and lower cowlings. Installed lower cowling hard points with 1/4 turn fastners. Installed hardpoint and threaded insert fastners inside fuselage for screws to hold lower cowling to fuslage. Drilled both upper and lower cowlings for fastners. Located and cut out oil door from upper cowling. Fabricated oil door flange and installed to upper cowling. Installed hinges to both door and upper cowling. Installed latch hardware to oil door.
