Cut all baggage panels from flat stock and used kit templates. Trimmed to fit. Core crushed all edges and sanded smooth. Installed baggage deck support tabs. Installed tunnel sidewalls using glass tape and micro. Installed baggage deck stiffeners. Built support flanges for baggage deck. Installed baggage bulkhead and flanges. Fabricated seat back and mounting flanges for a removeable seat.
