Brief Description: Nose Skin and wing access panel
Removed wing nose skin and debured. To allow for the spar attachment bolts to all face the same way a hole was drilled in the lower skin and debured as well. Tie down ring riveted to rib prior to attaching skin. Skin riveted on the underside and then the strut mount was attached and tightened. The wing was flipped over and the rest of the nose skin was riveted.
Hole for inspection pannel laid out on wing tip. Cuts started by hole cutter ant trimmed inbetween. 0.032" held on back side and marked. Inner hole marked and cut. Nutplates drilled and riveted then held to up to the wing tip and attachment holes drilled. Cover made from 0.016" traced and cut out and filed until it fit. Screw holes were marked through nut plates and drilled.
