Used a 2x4 to hold trailing edge straight and drilled #40's in trailing edge. Removed wing skin and fiberglass tip. Used cardboard to make template and then drilled and riveted backingplate to tip. A 0.016" aluminum sheet was cut to fit on the inside to give the rivets some backing.
